GSL-1750X-60 is a CE-certified compact tube furnace with Kathal Super-1800C Grade MoSi2 Heating Elements and high-quality alumina refractory board. Vacuum sealing flanges with valves, vacuum gauge, and an 80mm dia. A high purity alumina processing tube is included for immediate use. The temperature of the GSL-1750X-60 tube furnace is controlled by a 30 segment programmable high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with an accuracy of +/-1 ºC. This tube furnace has a max. working temperature up to 1750 ºC. It is widely used in material & chemical research labs to sinter all types of new material samples under vacuum and other gas conditions.

Processing Tube	Premier Grade alumina tube made in the USA 54mm ID x 60 mm OD x 1000 mm length. Four fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from inside the tube (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating). Quartz blocks (optional) are ideal for a cleaner processing environment and higher vacuum efficiency.
Sealing Flanges	One pair sealing flange with double silicone high-temperature O-ring is included Two SS needle valves and one dial vacuum gauge are installed with a flange for immediate use.  Vacuum pressure can reach 50 mTorr by a quality mechanical vacuum pump and 10^-5 torr by turbo molecular pump. Please click the picture below to see the flange assembly details.
Fitting Ports	Standard 1/4‘’ Barbed fittings with needle valves. For supplying high-pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the 304SS 1/4" Swagelok® Tube Fitting, please click underlined to order.
