Specifications

 VBS-M1-LD is a vacuum pump station to achieve vacuum pressure up to 10-3 torr. The heavy-duty Double Step Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump with Exhaust Filter & KF-D25 Inlet is installed inside a heavy duty mobile cart, which is ideal as a  support table for most of MTI's vacuum tube furnace and can be used continuously overnight without over-heating

  • To protect vacuum pump from damage by condensed vapors or small particles, please connect a cold trap or particle trap to the pump foreline ( click on the pictures below for details ).
