Description

OTF-1200X-5L is a split single-zone tube furnace with a working temperature up to 1100°C and a heating length of 900 mm.  The furnace includes one 5" (125 mm) O.D x 55"L fused quartz tube, one pair of hermetic sealed flanges, one gas inlet and outlet , and a pressure gauge. The temperature controllers provide up to 30 segments of heating and cooling steps with +/- 1°C accuracy. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing, and sintering samples in various atmospheres. SPECIFICATIONS Furnace Structure A double-layer steel casing with air cooling keeps the furnace surface temperature lower than 60°C. High-purity fibrous alumina insulation for maximum energy saving. Tube Size and Materials Made of high-quality Fused quartz with the size of 130 mm O.D x 120 mm ID x 1400 mm L Optional tube diameter:s 80mm, 100mm Two fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included for blocking heat radiation from inside the tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating) Quartz blocks (optional) are ideal for a cleaner processing environment and higher vacuum efficiency.
