Specifications

 MSK-H200SR is a compact and multifunctional film coater from a slurry. It can make coating either sheet to sheet and roll to roll up to 200mm in width. A film applicator (doctor blade) is included, while a slot-die head is also available upon additional request. It is the most cost-effective tool to make electrode films for batteries, perovskite solar, and fuel cells. SPECIFICATIONS: Power 110V or 220V AC, 50/60Hz, single phase 1850 W (standard) or 1600W (optional) Long Heatable Vacuum Platform ( Top-side rapid IR heating ) The vacuum bed is made of aluminum alloy with a micro-size hole (no bottom heating) Vacuum Chuck Dimensions: 600mm(L) x 300mm(W) Coating width: 180 mm for roll to roll coating 250mm for sheet coating ( 500mm in length ) Rapid IR heating on the top side. Regular resistance heating at the bottom side. Maximum heating temperature: 120 ºC , the heating rate can be up to 1.2 ºC/s.
