Structure


  • High purity alumina fiber insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency.

Application Notes

  • For longer furnace service life, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min.
  • The cooling rate should not exceed 10 °C /min either.
  • Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with the alumina coating 
  • The heating module is easy to replace. Click the pic left to order the spare Heating module for replacement
  • If firing material release vapor or smoking, please put the furnace into a fume hood as the left picture. 
  • Toxic, corrosive, or explosive gases are not allowed to use with this furnace without the necessary safety controls or supervision.
