Description

HTVO-90 is a high-temperature and high vacuum oven with a 18x18x18" heating chamber and a sliding door. The oven is 5 sides heated for max. uniformity up to 900oC with 10-5 torr vacuum level.  It is designed for heat treatment of air-sensitive components. SPECIFICATIONS Power Single Phase 208~240 VAC 50/60 Hz.  three phases 15 W with 70A breaker required 380VAC is available upon request Structure The chamber is structured with SS304 with 4 layers of SS310 reflection plates on each side Chamber size  18x18x18", 91 Liter,  3.4 Cubic Feet with  4 sides heating Constant temperarure zone:     12 x12 x 12" with +/- 2ºC Sliding door with water cooling for easy sample loading. KF40 vacuum pot and gas inlet and outlet are built i. Tech screen control panel Temperature Control One programming temperature controller are equipped for discrete control on each heater 30 segments programmable with ± 1ºC accuracy Continuous working temperature:  50 - 900 ºC Temperature Uniformity: ±2 °C in 12x12x12" chamber center zone.
