1500oC Rotary Tube Furnace w/ 4.7" ID Chamber for Inert or CO2 Gas Up to 10 Bar - GSL-1500X-10R-5

GSL-1500X-10R is a high-pressure rotary tube furnace for inert gas flow at 10 Bar max up to 1500ºC. The alumina processing tube with 4.7" ID x 59"L is inserted into three zones of heated Moly coils which are built inside the SS 304 tube with 10" OD and vacuum flange. The explosion-proof case is built-in outside the vessel. The furnace is suitable for calcining powder under high pressure reduced inert gases or flowing CO2 gas for CO2 capture

Power	208 - 240V AC, single phase, 50/60Hz 15KW max > 75A breaker  The power cable is included, but the power plug is not
Heating Chamber	The heating coil is made of 2 mm diameter Moly wire with 4.75" ID ( 120 mm) x 59" Length (1500 mm ) Three Heating zone, each zone length is about 500 mm with independent temperature control. Constant temperature zone length: ~ 1000 mm within +/-5ºC The heating coil is surrounded by fibrous alumina for thermal insulation which is  The heating element is built inside the SS304 tube with 240 mm OD x 10 mm thickness with vacuum-sealed flanges and gas inlet and outlet valves. The pained steel case is built outside tube for forced air cooling and explosion protection
Rotation & Tilting	The tube furnace is rotary driven by an electric motor. The sliding ring technique is used to ensure the furnace heating during rotation.  Rotation speed is adjustable at 0 - 10 RPM with forwarding and reverse  The furnace can be tilted at 0 - 15º by the electric motor.
Material Feeding	The automatic powder feeder is mounted on the tiltable furnace via a vacuum-sealed swivel assembly. (Pic 1) The proper connection ensures a uniform feeding rate and the tube rotation undisturbed under a controlled atmosphere. (Pic 2-3)
Temperature Control	Three programmable temperature controllers are installed with+/- 0.1ºC accuracy (Eurotherm 3000 temperature controller) Three S-type thermal couple is installed RS485 port is installed for connecting to the PC  Brand-new Laptops and software are included.
Pressure Control	A programmable digital pressure controller is installed, which allows you to set up gas pressure up to 10 bars with 30 segments. An overpressure valve is installed for protection
Gas Flow Control Optional	Two high-pressure MFCs are optional control gas flow/ One for gas inlet and one for gas out up to 10 Bar Gas flow accuracy: FS 0.02%
