8/6/4 Vessel Rotary Reactor (50 ml) Up to 250°C & 3 MPa ( Mixing & Ball Mill) - BGP-R8-D

BGP-R8-D is a multi-vessel rotary mixer in the oven up to 250°C and 10 MPa pressure for high-temperature mixing, ball milling, and homogeneous hydrothermal processing with various vessels or jars from 50ml to 200ml. (Updated from BGP-R8 with DC motor hidden inside the case to save space since June 20, 2018)

Power	AC 208- 240V , single phase, 50/60 Hz Total Power: 2000 W Power cable is included, but no plug.  If 120VAC 20 A is preferred, pleaser order a 3000W ( 110V- 220V) transformer separately.

Rotation Mechanism	High torque 24VDC motor is located inside the case. Speed range: 0 - 300 RPM adjustable for standard 50ml or 100ml vessels (Max. Rotation Speed will be varied depending on the size of the vessels) The oven comes with 8/6/4 standard vessel clamps, customers may request clamps in different quantities or for different vessel clamping sizes.
Vessel	The standard vessel is made of SS 304 with PTFE lining 8 vessels with 50 mL capacity, 3Mpa Max Pressure, or 6 vessels with 100 mL capacity, 3Mpa Max Pressure, or 4 vessels with 100 mL capacity, 3Mpa Max Pressure. SS316 vessel is available upon request at extra cost Max. working temperature: 250°C <1h, 200°C for 8-12h Weight: approx. 2 kg/each vessel (empty)

Note	The high-pressure equipment is highly recommended to put in an explosive-proof box or room Operators must wear safety goggles at all times.
