Automatic Flammable Gas Control and Disposal Device GSL-KR100

GSL-KR100 is a combustion gas module to dispose of residual flammable gas via a self-ignition heating coil. It is designed to pair with any MTI tube and atmosphere furnaces. It can also control the gas flow rate and communicate with a Honeywell hydrogen gas detector. It is a good choice for experiments under a reducing environment, such as hydrogen flow. The device also has an RJ45 ethernet port for remote control and monitoring.

Hydrogen Gas Detector	The hydrogen gas detector is connected to the control box. The alarm is preset at 20% LEL for hydrogen.  If alarmed, the hydrogen gas flow and furnace heating function will be cut off.
PC Control	All operations need to be completed on the host computer Manual purging and automatic purging modes are available Constant pressure sintering mode: During the heating process, the control system will automatically adjust the air intake and output to keep the heating furnace in a slightly positive pressure state.
