- Perfect for sample holder of powder XRD, which has no background noise from 20 to 120 degree (2θ angle Cu Ka X-Ray)
- Fit with XRD of Siemens, Scintag, Rugaku and many more.
- Warning: X-ray beam shall be 8 mm dia or less and hit in the center of sample when you use cacity zero diffraction plate ! Otherwise the edge may result in a peak.
