Description

YLJ-HP2-H is an ecnomic hydraulic press with 12mm I.D. Silicon Nitride Pellet Pressing Die, Heating jacket (550°C Max.) and Single Setpoint Temperature Controller. It is a ready-to-go product package for pressing ceramic, polymer, or ceramic-polymer composite materials. Applications include microwave dielectric materials, solid-state electrolyte, and semiconductor. The compact design of the press makes it well-suited for inside glove box operation with an inert gas environment (Argon compatible). SPECIFICATIONS: Power Heatable Die Set: AC 220V 50/60Hz, 550 W Max(for 110V, please order a 750W transformer ) Working Temperature & Load Temperature: RT - 550 ºC Max Load: 1.6 metric ton @ RT - 550 ºC (limited by Si3N4 die strength) (Hydraulic press can reach up to 10 metric tons) Convert the Force applied to the die according to the hydraulic pressure from the gauge reading.
