Specifications

 VTF-1200X-III-TSSG is a 3-zone top seed solution growth ( TSSG ) furnace for growing various crystals via flux solution. The furnace consists of three heating zone with the chamber of 5" Diameter x 24" high up to 1200ºC. The Eurotherm temperature controller with 28 segments programmable is built in the furnace with +/- 0.1ºC accuracy, as well as precision, pulling, and rotation mechanism with a speed range from 0.1 - 50 mm/hour.
