Description

VBF-600S is a compact top-loading furnace with an SS316 vessel. 

Structure
  • SS316 case for anti-corrosive processing
  • The crucible furnace has a heating chamber of 4.7" ID x 8" H, (120 mm ID x 200 mm H)
  • The separated temperature controller for remote operation
  • The compact furnace can be put in the glovebox via an antechamber
  • The furnace includes an SS316 tube and an ISO 80K flange with 6 feedthrough 
  • An alumina spacer is included to isolate the temperature from the heating chamber

Temperature controller
  • One digital temperature controller is built in with an accuracy of ±1°C

    • Built-in protection for overheating and broken thermocouples.
  • Two Omega K-type thermocouples included
    • One for furnace temperature control
    • One for temperature monitoring inside the vessel. 
  • RS485 port is included for the remote control.
