Spin Coater in Dual Chamber Glove Box w/ Gas Purification System (H2O & O2< 1ppm) - VGB-6-II-SC

VTC200-GBII is a dual-chamber glove box with a recessed box in the bottom to place a spin coater or a small vertical. The purification system in the glovebox will provide the environment of O2 and H20 less than 1 ppm, which is designed for preparing new material, especially for perovskite solar cell without the influence of oxygen and humidity.

Spin Coater	The case and spin disk of the coater are made of Polypropylene (PP) to resist most of the corrosive solutions.  The spin coater will be put inside the recessed box with cover. The digital control box and the oilless vacuum pump are separated from the spin coater, which will be put outside the glovebox via the feedthrough for easy operation. One filter is included in the standard package. It is used to connect the pump and coater for preventing wastewater from flowing into the pump. Chamber diameter:  150 mm. The vacuum chuck:  Φ100mm, which can hold substrate up to 6" Dia.
