This unique wet film applicator features adjustment of both thickness and width. The operator sets the blade clearance by adjusting the micrometers and sets up a film width to be coated by adjusting the blade width. This is an excellent tool to make the quality film for material research laboratories to make ceramic tape casting, battery electrodes, and various coating at the lower cost. Stainless steel knife blade with the precision ground edge.

Features	0 - 250 mm adjustable in width. Make wet film thickness between 0 - 4500 microns. The micrometer head's controllable accuracy is 10 microns.
