 MTI Corporation provides the high purity quartz tube as replacement part for high temperature tube furnaces in universities, companies, and national labs. It can be used at operating temperature up to 1200ºC . Purchase Notes: Please make sure the specification of the tube meets your need before making a purchase. Since Nov 10, 2016, we no longer accept return delivery of any tubes due to the fragile nature of the materials. Operating Temperature 1200 ºC Note These tubes are spliced to achieve the 1400mm length, therefore it is normal for a semi-visible clear ring to appear on the spliced area. Application Notes Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa In order get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumina crucible to carry the sample, instead of loading sample directly inside the tube, please click the picture below to choose one crucible boat: Inspect your delivery: Please check package for damages before accepting delivery.
