PTL-MMB02-200 is a CE Certified Millimeter Grade Desktop Programmable Dip Coater (1 - 200mm/min) with a 124L drying oven. It is designed to accommodate the substrates up to 16"x 9" with fully programmable dipping/pulling speed, dwell time, and amount of cycles. The ball screw pulling system offers smooth vibration-free traveling in both directions. A standard polypropylene dip tank is included within the temperature-controlled drying oven to hold the liquid solution up to 100°C.

  • In order to get better film coating, the substrate shall be treated by plasma cleaner (Please click on the first picture below for more information)
