Description

OTF-1200X-VII-5 is a Seven-zone 5“ split tube furnace with a separated temperature control unit and max working temperature of 1200 o C. This seven-zone furnace can create a step thermal gradient or one long constant temperature zone up to 35" by adjusting seven zone temperature. The furnace installed with 5" quartz tube and quick flange, and also can accept various processing tubes from 1" to 4". SPECIFICATIONS: Note OTF-1200X-VII-5 is updated based on OTF-1200X-VII from Jan. 20, 2014 Furnace Structure Double-layer steel case with air cooling to ensure furnace surface temperature < 6 0 °C Energy-saving high purity fibrous alumina insulation. Heating Element : 1300ºC  grade Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo 41 "length x 5.5"dia heating chamber with 7 built-in thermal couples to accept processing tube from 1" - 5" dia.x2000 mm length The splittable cover is lifted and closed by a pair of heavy-duty compressed air springs to make tube replacement at easy.
