Description
The OTF1200XIIIR5L is a 3-zone rotary tube furnace with a max working temperature of 1100°C. It is designed for powder dehydration, powder surface treatment, CVD/PVD process, and chemical reactions. It is suitable for Li-ion cathode/anode samples, environment samples, and other mineral samples.
