OTF1200XSVTC4 is a vertical tube furnace with a separated 4-channel gas flow and precision temperature station, which is designed for testing a small fuel cell ( 20 mm diameter up to 800 º C to develop new generation fuel cell material quickly and cost-effectively. Flanges & Tubes ( Fuel Cell Fixture) Φ 20 mm small fuel cell ( customer provided) will be placed between tubes and flanges on the top and bottom  ( Pic. left ) Two tube sets consist of a dual-layer structure (Pic. 1) Outside tube: Alumina  20 OD X 16 ID x 260 L (mm) x 2 sets Inside tube:     Quartz: 14 OD X 10 ID x 300 L  (mm) x 2 sets Two flanges are connected to the tube sets with ports of the gas inlet and outlet and PTFE wires sealed top (Pic. 2) The tube set will be fixed on the frame of the furnace and apply pressure to a fuel cell. (Pic. 3) The included high-temperature adhesive will apply the gap between two tubes to ensure gas flow with air-tight. Working Temperature:  Continuous: 1000oC, Max. 1200°C, 1 hrs Heating Zone Length:   2x 100 mm ( 200 mm total) Constant temperature zone:  65 mm with +/- 1oC Heating rate:  20 °C/min Temperature accuracy: +/- 1oC Two independent temperature controllers with 30-segment programmable Optional: Two furnaces on one frame are available upon request at an extra cost. Temperature Control and Gas Delivery station Temperature and gas delivery control is located on a separate mobile cart via a touchscreen panel Temperature control: 30 segment programmable with +/- 1oC accuracy Four-channel MFC gas flow control with an accuracy of ±1.5% F.S Two MFC 100 SCCM max Two MFC  200 SCCM Max.
