Temperature Controller (optional)

• All temperature controllers can be graded to the Eurotherm 3000 Temperature Controller with +/- 0.1°C accuracies.
• This package includes:
• One (1) Eurotherm 32H8 controller for single-zone furnace
• Two (3) Eurotherm 32H8 controllers for dual-zone furnace
• Communication cables (RS485 - USB) and software

 Vacuum Flanges

• Double Linear Sliding Rails made of Cr-plated steel
• 24VDC motor with manual and auto modes.
• The automatic programmable sliding function is integrated with the temperature controller. 
• Sliding length: 300 mm

 Vacuum Level 

• Limited by pump (pump is not included, click on pictures to order)
• 10E-5 torr can be achieved via molecular pump
• 10E-2 torr can be achieved via a mechanical pump.

    

Optional for upgrade

• 1-9 channel gas mixing and delivery module is optional (Pic.1)

• Tube furnaces with quartz tubes are designed for use under vacuum and low pressure < 0.4 bar / 5.8 psi / 0.04 MPa
• Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
• The flow rate for gasses should be limited to < 1000 SCCM (or 1000 ml/min) for best thermal uniformity.

Warning

• Fast sample cooling can be achieved by sliding the heating chamber away. Please wear protective gear such as heat resistant suit & gloves if you intend to do so. DO NOT TOUCH THE TUBE SURFACE WHEN IT IS HOT!
