MSK-T-11 is one set of manual die cutter set (two cutters per set) for the pouch cell battery cathode and anode electrode cutting.  One is for cutting 57 mm x 44 mm Cathode electrode sheet and the other one is for cutting 58 mm x 45 mm Anode sheet. Its compact design enables the operation inside the glove box with an Argon atmosphere where the moisture or oxygen-sensitive electrodes would be cut.  Moreover, it is perfectly suitable for the single-layer pouch cell battery R&D at a low cost.
