MSK-NMP-C200 is a CE Certified Condensation System for NMP( N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone ) Vapor Recycling of Battery Cathode Coating. It can be used to filter the vapor formed from the process of coating and drying with the dual-filtration level in Li-ion battery R&D. For Roll to Roll Coater Service, please fill in the Roll to Roll Request Form . Working Mechanism: The NMP recycling system consisted of a cooling module of compressor, gas-gas heat exchanger, condensation module and active carbon absorption part. When the NMP waste vapor is pumped into the recycler and it will go through the gas-gas heat exchanger to be cooled. Then it will be flowed into the condensation module and most of NMP vapor will be condensed to be liquid form. Finally the remaining NMP vapor will be further absorbed by the active carbon and out.
