MSK-HTML-LD is a compact automatic liquid dispensing system that can be applied to high throughput distributing of multi-channel liquids. The PLC control system with PC-Base data management allows the user to easily configure a set of programming steps and record the data. A three-axis platform with a precise metering pump can transfer different liquid sources from source to sample accurately and automatically according to the preset dosing scheme. The desktop design enclosure can accommodate 6 dosing tubes(Standard, the sample number could be customized up to 64). Once programmed, the workflow is non-stop and does not need any manual supervision. It is an excellent tool for high-throughput applications (such as LiB electrolyte pipetting workflow), without dedicated labor. MTI has granted the patent 2019SR0892401 for the High Throughput Automatic Liquid Dispensing System MSK-HTML-L since July 2019.
