Description

MSK-HTBA-D is an automatic coin cell assembling system for high throughput coin cell batteries R&D. Manually load cell components on the pre-loading station, a robotic arm equipped with vacuum suction to pick up materials from pre-loading station and to transfer them to the assembling station. It is able to handle Max. 64 cells in dual-station glovebox under controlled atmosphere.  The system equipped a electrolyte injection mechanism, followed by sealing function. The finished coin cells are transferred to the tray area.
