Specifications

MSK-HRP-3-E is a hot rolling press with an adjustable gap from 0 - 6 mm. MSK-HRP-3-E is equipped with adjustable pressure of up to 10 metric tons , accommodating to wide variety of applications. Besides, two single set point temperature controllers up to 230°C provide the independent control for two rollers which increases the control accuracy and uniformity of temperature. The hot rolling machine is an ideal tool for calendaring and lamination for battery electrodes. SPECIFICATIONS Features Dual programmable temperature controllers for two rollers, up to 230°C independently Apply pressure up to 10 metric tones via a manual hydraulic pump Adjustable gap between rollers (0~6 mm) with micrometer thickness indication Rollers are made of high-quality tool steel with Cr plated Rolling direction selectable (back and forth), easy-to-return material Power AC 208 - 240 V single phase, 50/60 Hz Total: 4200 W 6 feet power cable is included, but the power plug is not included.
