 MLLR-7-360 is a customized Seven-layer roll-to-roll lamination machine up to 12" and 150ºC. which is designed to laminate 7 layers of films into one for battery or battery recycling research. This machine can be operated under Ar gas for air-sensitive materials. SPECIFICATIONS: Power 208-240V AC, 50/60 Hz, single phase 1000 W max. 110V version is available by 1 1500W transformer Multi-layer Film Feeding Fixture 7 feeding rollers are installed on the fixture to carry seven kinds of film Each roller has a 1" diameter rolling rod and adjustable width from 4" to 12" Max feeding roller diameter is 75 mm diameter with feeding film The unit of tension rollers is included to guide 7-layer films into laminating machine 10 layer feeding roller fixture is available upon request Laminating Machine The seven-layer film will be sent into a heat able laminating machine Laminating width: 361 mm Laminating thickness: 0.1 mm - 5.0 mm Laminating temperature: Room temperature to 130oC controlled by digital temperature controller Laminating speed: 5 - 1.0 meter/min adjustable via digital speed controller Optional: laminating machine with hydraulic pressure up to 10 MPa is available at the extra cost.
