Description

 IH-1600  is a mini induction heater up to 1600 °C, which can be placed inside a standard globebox through an antechamber.  Also, a 2" quartz tube and flange can be chosen to operate sample heating under vacuum and controlled atmosphere outside the glovebox.  It is an economic furnace for heating or melting a small amount of materials SPECIFICATIONS Power Supply 208 - 240VAC 50/60Hz, single phase 3 kW Heating and temperature control Induction heating with an induction coil A programmable temperature controller is included which is separated from the induction power supply B-type thermocouple included Max working temperature 1700 °C Max. heating rate:  > 100 °C / minute Crucible One graphite crucible, 25 ID × 40 mm Depth, is included Fibrous alumina felt is used as thermal insulation Quartz tube & Vacuum flange & Vacuum Pump (Optional) If you need to heat a sample under vacuum or inert gas, please choose a one-end closed quartz tube of 60 mm OD  （Pic. 1) and a flange (Pic. 2)  at extra cost Max.
