Specifications

 This microwave heater is composed of high-temperature woven tape, polycrystalline mullite blanket fiber, and silicon carbide infrared foam. This microwave heater functions as the susceptor and heating element to enable the Max. working temperature to reach 1100 °C. The polycrystalline mullite blanket fiber serves as the thermal insulation layer to support the SiC foam structure, and the SiC foam is the susceptor infrared heater. The crucible is inserted at the center of the SiC foam to accommodate the thermal process. This heater is specially designed for use of the Economic Rapid Heating Microwave Heater: KSL-MW-XX Series . There are 4 types of microwave heater models with various dimensions and compatible working Hertz for different experimental purposes. Note: Crucible is not included in the purchase, please order compatible crucible independently.
