1500°C Hybrid Furnace: Box (6 x6"x 6") and Mullite Tube (2" top) with Flange - KSL-1500X-H

KSL-1500X-M-H is a hybrid muffle/tube Furnace with a working temperature up to 1500°C. It combines a 6"x 6" x 6" box furnace with a 2" mullite tube as a cost-effective solution for materials processing.

SPECIFICATIONS: 

Structure	High-purity alumina fiber insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency.  Doble layer steel case with forced-air cooling to ensure lower safer surface temperature. One 2"Dia. The hole is opened from the top of the chamber with a thermal insulation block When used as a tube furnace, a 2" mullite tube with a flange will be inserted into the heating chamber.
Power	AC 208V-240V single phase, 50/60 Hz, 20 A 4.0 KW A power cable is included but without a plug.
Heating Chamber	Muffle furnace KSL-1500X Dimensions: 150mm(D) x 155mm(W) x 150mm(H), (6"x6"x6"), 3.6 L Working Temperature: 300-1500 °C continuously. (1300°C if used in a vacuum as a tube furnace ) Heating rate: <20°C/ min. Temperature Stability: +/- 1.0 °C S-type thermocouple with Ceramic Sheath
Processing Tube	One mullite tube with a pair of flanges with gas inlet, outlet, needle valves, and a pressure gauge.  Working temperature <1500°C at ambient pressure <1300°C under vacuum One alumina foam block for thermal insulation
Temperature Controller	A digital temperature controller  Proportional–integral–derivative control (PID control) and auto-tune function 30 segments programmable for ramping, cooling, and dwelling steps Built-in over-temperature alarm and thermocouple failure alarm +/- 1 ºC temperature control accuracy RS485 communication port
