Description

 KSL-1200X-L5 is a five-sided heating muffle furnace designed for annealing superalloys and precious metals with a more uniform temperature zone. A SiC sheet is installed on the bottom of the chamber, which can load heavy samples up to 100 kg. SPECIFICATIONS Structure Five sides heating ( left, right, front, back, and bottom ) to achieve a more uniform temperature zone. One SiC sheet is placed on the bottom of the chamber ( top of the heating element ) to support heavy sample load up to 100 kg. Double temperature controller to ensure the furnace never overshoots Thermally efficient ceramic (high-purity alumina fiber) insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency. Heavy-duty double-layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch. Built-in vent port removes undesirable contaminants and moisture; extends the life span of the heating elements and furnace. Application Notes This furnace is not vacuum-sealed; toxic or explosive materials and gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without the necessary safety controls and supervision. Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence, and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating .
