Description
- Material: Highly Oriented Pyrolytic Graphite - HOPG SPI-2 Grade
- Very similar to ZYB grade which exhibits a mosaic angle as small as 0.8 +/- 0.2 degree.
- The HOPG has a structure of polycrystals, the size of which varies, the max. being 10 mm for the highest quality.
- The lateral grain size can be up to 0.5 mm but can be as large as 1 mm.
