Description
MSK-SFM-S5L is a high speed (Max. 6000 rpm) mixer & dispenser with a tank volume of Max. 5L to make homogeneous slurry for battery, electrolyte/fuel cell, or other applications fields. Especially it is suitable for dry electrode batter application due to controllable fibrosis of PTFE binder under low temperature. Technical Mechanism : The bottom blades rotation will generate parabola-type airflow from central area to wall area, which will collide with the backflow airflow caused by blade and wall. This intense airflow force will vibratingly dispense and mix the powders to realize homogeneous mixtures.
