Description

OTF-1200X-NS-FB is a three-heating zone (1200 mm L ) tubular reactor/reactor with 1000oC max working temperature and optional pressure up to 25 Mpa.

Heating furnace
  • Fibrous alumina for thermal insulation
  • Double-layer steel structure with air cooling
  • Vertical Split door design for easy installation of tube

  • Three heating zones with 1200 mm total length ( 400 + 400 + 400 mm) with independent temperature control

  • Optional Pre-heating furnace for gas is available at the extra cost to provide heated gas to processing vessels upto 700oC va 310S alloy tube
Processing tube
  • Nickel base super-alloy tube with the optional diameter and CF flange

  • One mechanical pressure gauge pre-installed on top of the tube (Pic. 1)
  • The pre-installed Safety relief valve will turn on automatically once the pressure reaches 0.3Mpa.
  • One Ni alloy mesh is installed inside the tube center to carry two layers of materials (Pic. 2 &3)

Temperature Controller
  • Three digital temperature controllers are installed to control 3 heating zone independently
  • 30 programmable segments for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate, and dwell time.
  • Built-in PID Auto-Tune function with overheating & broken thermocouple protection.
  • Over-temperature protection and alarm allow for operation without attendant(s).
  • +/- 1 ºC temperature accuracy.
  • Eurotherm 3000 precision temperature controller is optional with +/- 0.1ºC accuracy
