Description

 This 5" flange is specially made for CVD applications where customers need both the inlet and outlet 1/4" tube fittings to enable gas flows in the system. Each flange is equipped with a water cooling jacket which fully protects the O-ring during the heating process. Flange supports will be provided with the flange set to ensure the rigidity and safety of the structure. The flange is suitable for MTI 5" tube (130mm O.D x 122mm. ID) Structure Made of Stainless Steel ( SS304) with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange The openable flange is designed for sample easily loading/unloading Delicate metal support allows for both vertical and horizontal adjustment (Details please click the picture left) Configuration Left flange: one 3/8" Barbed Hose Fitting, one Mechanical Pressure Gauge, one Needle Adjustment Valve Right flange: one 3/8" Barbed Hose Fitting, one Needle Adjustment Valve Vacuum Level 10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-4 torr by a small turbopump and 10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump Features Seals tube ends by tightening screws on the flanges without any welding and glue Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe Installation requires you to drill holes on the furnace casing and mount the flange support (Details about the installation please click the picture left) Flange support parts are included in the set (click on lower left picture for details) Water cooling jacket is implemented with fittings for easy connection to water hoses (click on lower right picture for details) Warning For liability considerations, MTI does not recommend or endorse the use of any toxic, flammable or corrosive gases with our flange assemblies.
