Description

This is a pair of sealing flange with a water cooling jacket valve for OD 3" ( (76.2) mm diameter processing tube. If you cannot use a ceramic block in two end of tube, you must use the water cooling jacket to keep the flange cool (otherwise silicone o-ring may get damage) SPECIFICATIONS Features Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicone O-rings on the flange. Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" barbed fitting. 12mm Push to Connect for water tube. The assembly kit will seal one end of a 75-77 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube. A vacuum meter is installed on one side of the flange. You may choose the left side, right side, or the full set of the flange at the product option bar Vacuum level 10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and 10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump Warming Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange ( see picture below ) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. Please click the picture below-center to order the block. Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
