Material

• Casing: SS304 or SS316, please choose from the options dropdown box. Normally SS316 has better anti-corrosion property compared to SS304
• Sealing Gasket: PP
• The thickness of the SS304/316 for both anode and cathode case is 0.25 mm +/- 0.02 mm.

  After crimping, the coin cell diameter is going to be 20mm +/- 0.1mm.

Application Note

• After perfectly crimping, the External Height should be around 3.0mm.
• The diameter of the inner ring of the plastic gasket for the coin cell 2032 is around 16.39mm.
• Usually, a case does not need to clean before crimping, but if you do need to clean the case, please put in ethanol for 4-6 hrs, and use Oven to dry serval hours, (please set the oven to 30C, if it has ORING.)
