Battery Projectile (Burning) Tester with Remote Control for Lithium Batteries(UL 1642 & UL 2054) - MSK-TE912

According to the battery testing standard GB31241-2014, UL 1624, or UL 2054, the MSK-TE912 is a programmable battery projectile test chamber, capable of studying the performance of Lithium batteries during the burning and flaming test.

MTI has granted the patent 201720584334.7 for the Battery Projectile (Burning) Testing System MSK-TE912 since January 2018.

Test Chamber Features	SS 304 stainless steel double-layer chamber with foam polyurethane and fiberglass as the thermal insulator Anti-explosion LED light (30W) is installed inside A venting port with a high-quality exhaust fan is installed in the back of the chamber connected to the site venting system (ducting and exhaust system are not included ) LPG gas source is required (but not included); flaming time and height adjustable LPG gas detector and the alarm system are included for safe operation; If the system detects the leakage, the gas delivery valve would be shut off automatically. The sample testing stage with steel & aluminum screen to follow the UL 1624 section 19.3 testing standards
