8-Channel Vacuum SEI Formation Machine for Prismatic Cells - MSK-131-SM8

MSK-131-SM8 is a 8-channel vacuum SEI formation machine for prismatic cells. The formation process can be operated under high temperature and vacuum conditions, which will facilitate fast SEI formation to obtain stable OCV.

Channels and Prismatic Cell Size	8 separate channels for prismatic cells formation The prismatic cell tray is shown in Pic. 1. The standard cell tray is W 148mm, T 27 mm, H 98 mm. Any customized sizes in this range are available upon request at extra cost. (Pic. 2) The prismatic cell sizes: W 148-360 mm, T 27-71 mm, H: 98-207 mm. The probe module is shown in Pic. 3. Pressure	0.5-0.8 MPa Air compressor, gas tank, or gas pressure unit can be used.
Vacuum	0~ -90 kPa, adjustable, accuracy ≤±3KPa
Temperature	RT ~ 60 Accuracy: +/- 3  Heating Rate: ≥2/min Digital controlled by the control panel.
Battery Analyzer (Optional)	Battery analyzers with 8 channels are not included in the package. Customer can consider the following BST8-12, BST2-200A5V
