Internal Components for Vanadium Redox Flow Cell (Battery R&D Single Split Unit) - VRBC-IP-LD

The internal components of the EQ-VRB-C-LD Vanadium Redox Flow Cell (Single Split Unit) should be replaced to ensure optimum performance with extended use. This replacement package contains ONLY the parts that need frequent replacement so the user will not need to buy the expensive manifold blocks to continue experimentation.

Application Notes

Below are the recommended replacement periods for each component: Current Plates: Oxidized surface removal maintenance after 5 tests or 50 hours of test time. Replacement after 10 tests or 100 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage Bipolar Plates: Replace after 5 tests or 50 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage. Highly consumable parts that requires frequent replacement, please order additional units by clicking on the photo below:  PTFE Frames: Replace after 50 tests or 500 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage Gaskets: Replace after 10 tests or 100 hours of test time.
