Description

HVC-Cast is a vacuum chamber for DIY induction melting and casting.  One vacuum sealed rocker arm is built-in to tilt the induction coil. Chamber The vacuum chamber is made of 304 stainless steel with reinforcing rib Inside vacuum chamber size: 315 mm ID × 310 mm Depth  ( ~ 12" Dia x 12" L) A vacuum-sealed 120 mm diameter glass window is installed on the front door for easy observation Silicone O-ring can be used for all vacuum seals. Temperature range: -15 to 150° C KF 25 vacuum port is built in the back to connect a mechanical vacuum pump The 1/4NPT ports are built-in for connecting to vacuum gauge, gas inlet, and gas outlet valves. LF160 port is built in the left of the chamber  for connecting to a turbopump directly Rocker Arm The vacuum-sealed rocker arm is built on the right side of the chamber.
