Unipol-1500-S is a 15" automatic pressure-controlled lapping and polishing machine with two sample holders which can polish 16 samples (1" diameter Max.) at one batch. It is an excellent tool for the high-throughput research of alloy metallography. It can be used for lapping or polishing various material samples, such as metal, crystal, glass, ceramic, refractory , rocks, and polymers. The user can adjust the pressing force between the top-loading plate and the bottom mater lapping plate and set the polishing timer to achieve automatic alloy polishing.
