• A pressure gage with a range of 1 x 103 m-bar – 1 x 10-7 m-bar is installed on the chamber and a pressure gage with a range of 1 x 103 m-bar - 1 x 10-5 m-bar is installed on the fore-line between the fore-line valve and the scroll pump.

• Recirculating Water Chiller with 75L/min Flow, 30K BTU/hr is included
• Digital Temperature Control: 5 - 30ºC adjustable with ± 0.3 °C accuracy
• Refrigerant: R410-a

• High-purity inert gas with at least 5N purity (>99.999%) is required (not included)
• 5% Hydrogen + 95% Argon gas may be used to prevent oxidation during the melting process
• High-purity Ti sample melting may help absorb oxygen a lot
