MSK-112A-EA is a semi-automatic winding machine for accurately assembling cylindrical cell cores or prismatic cell cores. The maximum cylindrical cell size can be up to 46100. The separator film is sandwiched between the cathode and anode materials and then rolled up into a cylindrical cell core or a pouch cell core at constant tension force. This is an ideal tool that provides the reliability and precision to produce high-quality windings of electrode cores.

Compressed Air	Compressed air of 0.5-0.8 MPa is needed for the operation of this machine. Please note the air compressor is not included (Please click here to order) Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation.  Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

Application Notes	Place the machine on a flat surface free of vibration to avoid tipping of the machine Do not change the factory settings of air cylinders without consulting MTI. Beware not to change the air cylinder settings by accident. Take extra caution when operating the cutter and motor to avoid possible physical injury! Do not touch the cutter with your hand! Do not put a hand close to the cutter while the equipment is operating! Do not let hands, hair, or clothes get caught in the rolling - clamping - winding assembly! Put up warning signs, and warn other people to stay clear of the equipment.
