MSK-USP-SP-LD is a 1.7 MHz Ultrasonic Particle Generator with a digitally controlled infusion syringe pump and a temperature controller. It can be used in line with MTI Tubing Furnaces to form a versatile synthetic system for nanostructured oxide materials. SPECIFICATIONS Voltage 110 - 240VAC for universal use 24VDC driving ultrasonic generator Work 30W System Features A 316 Stainless Steel liquid container is equipped with a fluoropolymer sealing ring and a heating tape 1.7 MHz ultrasonic generator 3 levels of power output ( low, middle, high) Droplet size: < 10 microns, which is dependent on the viscosity of solution, ultrasonic frequency, gas speed. Continuous mode and timed mode can be set. For timed mode, time can be adjusted from 30 minutes to 180 minutes The quick clamps allow easy removal of components for cleaning or adapting the device with simple connections to the gas supply A liquid injection pump is included and equipped to inject automatically which comes with a 60 ml plastic syringe.
