Specifications
MSK-SFM-53 is a lab-scale ternary liquid phase reactor with automatic temperature and pH control, which can continue to prepare the liquid phase from the ternary liquid system for co-precipitation . It is an ideal reactor to prepare uniform ternary system battery powder or complex compounds via the wet method.

- Choice of 3 L, 5 L, and 10 L SS 316 reactor with a mechanical stirring.
- Recirculating hot water bath to variate the reactor temperature (R.T. to 90°C)
- Three digital peristaltic pumps deliver different solutions as programmed for pH control
- Automatic pH control via a Mettler pH transmitter.
- 7" color touch screen control panel, which will control pH valve by adding or reducing acid or alkaline flow amount, and set/ record stirring speed, liquid flow rate, flow amount, and temperature.
- The reactor can continuously feed and drain the liquids for co-precipitation based on pregramma.
