Description

MSK-FS-152-WC  is a water-cooling dry powder mixing dispenser for dry electrodes. It is equipped with a water-cooling coil to minimize heat buildup within the mixing chamber and maintain the stability of the sample material from thermal degradation.  It has three segments for speed adjustment up to 25K RPM.   This device is ideal for making dry electrodes for batteries and electrolytes/fuel cells. It is also an excellent tool for dry crushing the calcined ceramic material within minutes.

Structure
  • The dispenser and mixing Chamber are constructed of SS304 stainless steel to offer corrosion resistance.
  • A top-mounted water cooling coil is used to keep the mixing chamber temperature during operation.
  • Two Dispenser Cover Lock Screws ensure structural stability during operation.
  • Built-in Fixing Knob Lock and Eject handle enable to unload sample by rotating the mixing chamber, no lifting required.
  • Built-in Timer Control Knob for precision time setting of operation time.
  • A Speed Controller is connected to the device via an extension cord for adjustable rotation speed.

 Dual Operation Modes:

VAR Mode: Allows adjustable mixing speed by rotating the rotary knob to select: Low, Medium, High.

FULL Mode: Operates the Dispenser at maximum fixed speed for high-intensity mixing applications.

Application Note
  • It is excellent for mixing dry powder only at a lower temperature in the mixing chamber. ( < 10oC)
  • For optimal performance and longevity of this device, thoroughly clean the mixing chamber with ethanol and dry the surface after each use.  
  • This water chiller is included to keep the chamber temperature less the 6oC
  • Warning:  this mixer is not suitable for wet mixing
