 MSK-155 is an automatic slurry feeder with peristaltic pump and stainless steel reservoir. It is designed for use with MTI Roll-to-Roll web coaters such as MSK-AFA-E200 and MSK-AFA-EI300 for Li-ion battery electrode coating process. Features Peristaltic pump for precise slurry feeding rate control. Compact design with two sets of stainless steel reservoirs and peristaltic pumps prevent cross contaminations between cathode and anode slurries. Corrosion resistant pipeline is compatible with any acidic, alkaline slurries Power Requirement 110~240VAC +/-10%, 50/60Hz 100W Max. peristaltic pump Two sets of peristaltic pumps can delivery Feeding rate 1965ml/min, adjustable Slurry Reservoir 2L Volume, 304 stainless steel Temperature Controller (Optional) The controller uses PID via SSR power control Single-point setting controller Over-temperature protection and alarm allow for operation without attendant(s). +/- 1 ºC temperature accuracy.
