• Sealing blade length is 210 mm, the maximum effective sealing length is 190 mm. 

• Top Sealing: standard soft sealing width is 3.5 mm. Customized sealing width of 2-10 mm is available upon request
• Side Sealing: standard hard sealing width is 6 mm. Customized sealing width of 2-10 mm is available upon request

• 0-0.5 mm for pouch cell case

• Thickness' uniformity is better than 0.03 mm

• Max. 160 kgf (corresponds to a gas pressure of 0.6 MPa)

• Max. 250°C (hard side sealing blade with Teflon tape at 220°C; soft top sealing blade with Teflon tape at 250°C).
• Normally we recommend 180°C for sealing blades. 

• 0-99s adjustable, normally 4-8s was recommended. 

• 100-200 pcs/h (depends on the proficiency of operators)

Sealing Pressure

• 0 - 0.7 Mpa (0 - 99 psi) adjustable
• Air compressor tube size is 8.
• (2-gallon air compressor is required, but not included. pls order at your store or the related product below )
• Note: If a gas cylinder is used instead of an air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation.
