 MSK-PSP-FE300 is a large vacuum-flash assisted solution processing (VASP) equipment (L300mm * W300mm) for perovskite solar cell application. It creates low vacuum to accelerate the evaporation of low-boiling point solvent in perovskite solution and facilitate the formation of perovskite layer with good crystalline quality. SPECIFICATIONS Features Large vacuum pump to ensure the fast vacuum speed Vacuum gauge sensor is installed inside to maintain the vacuum level Programmable pressure and time setting and monitoring. The automatic pressure release is available. Glass view window can be used to observe the film formation process. Power AC220V±10%, 50/60Hz, 200W (AC110V can be provided upon request).
